Refund policy

First: you can try it free, no card

The Gratis plan ("Free" in the app) costs nothing and asks for no card. The 133 welcome KaiCoins let you use the artificial intelligence features and see how the tool works before deciding whether to take out a paid plan.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from /app/planes: you won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. There are no prorated refunds for periods already started.

First-purchase guarantee (7 days)

If this is your first purchase of a paid plan and the service does not live up to what you expected, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge. We refund the amount paid, minus the plan's KaiCoins you have already spent, valued at what they cost you: the plan's price divided by the KaiCoins it includes. Welcome KaiCoins and any granted as a courtesy are never deducted, because you did not pay for them. Applies once per customer.

KaiCoin packs

Unused packs (0 KaiCoins spent) are refundable within the withdrawal window. Partially used packs are not refundable. The first-purchase guarantee covers paid plans, not packs.

Right of withdrawal (Colombia)

For distance sales, the right of withdrawal under the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) applies within 5 business days of purchase, provided the service has not started to be performed with your consent. It is a statutory right and it is yours on every purchase.

The 7-day guarantee described above is a different, additional thing: we offer it ourselves, it applies once per customer, and it does contemplate that you have already used the service, which is why it deducts the KaiCoins you spent. Neither replaces the other: you can rely on whichever one applies to your case.

Service failures

If an AI feature fails, KaiCoins are refunded automatically. If a technical issue on our side blocked what you paid for, write to buildart@kaistrategylab.com and we will sort it out (credit or refund).

How to request

Write to buildart@kaistrategylab.com from your account email stating the purchase date. We reply within 5 business days at most; the refund is processed to the same payment method.

Abuse prevention

We may reject 7-day guarantee requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse (for example, heavy KaiCoin consumption followed by repeated refund requests). This affects only that guarantee, which is ours to give: the right of withdrawal is statutory and does not depend on our judgement.
