Acceptance

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Kai BuildArt converts images into buildable patterns and instructions. The Gratis plan ("Free" in the app) converts without limits, with size and export restrictions; paid plans expand size, formats, kit and API as currently described at /app/planes.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the security of your password. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (fraud, multiple accounts to farm KaiCoins, use that degrades the platform).

User content

Only upload images you have rights to. You keep ownership of your images and patterns. You grant us only the technical permission to process them in order to provide you the service.

The commercial license has two scopes. With the Estudio plan ("Studio" in the app) you may use the generated patterns commercially in what you make or sell yourself. With the Taller plan ("Workshop" in the app) you may also deliver them to clients or third parties, under your brand, as part of your work for them. In both cases the license applies while the plan is active; other plans are for personal use.

KaiCoins

KaiCoins measure the use of AI features. Those included in your plan refill every month and do not accumulate; those bought in packs never expire. KaiCoins are not money, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Payments & renewal

Plans are taken out as a subscription through DLocalGo, on a monthly or annual cycle, and renew automatically at the end of each period (every month or every 12 months) until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the price in force at that time; current prices are those published at /app/planes.

You can cancel at any time: cancellation stops future renewals and does not interrupt the period you have already paid for, which stays active until it expires. If you apply a discount code when you sign up, that discount covers only the first period and the following ones are charged at the price in force. As an alternative for people who do not use a card, we also offer paying for a year in advance: that payment does not renew and, once the 12 months are over, you decide again.

Changes

We may adjust features and prices; price changes do not affect periods already paid. We will notify material changes by email or in the app.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, where the Platform's owner resides, and any dispute will be submitted to the Colombian courts.

If you are contracting as a consumer from another country, the above does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence: you keep the rights those rules grant you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
