Kai BuildArt is an online service: we ship no physical goods and no materials. What you receive are patterns, instructions and digital files (PDF, PNG, SVG, CSV, STL, DXF) that you download instantly.
Activation
The Gratis plan ("Free" in the app) activates when you sign up. Paid plans and packs activate automatically once the gateway confirms payment (usually within seconds; a few minutes at most if the gateway is slow to confirm).
Physical materials
Shopping lists show quantities and material codes (cubes, threads, pieces), but you buy those materials yourself from the suppliers of your choice; we are not part of that transaction.
Availability
We aim for reasonable availability with occasional maintenance. You can check the status of the service by writing to support.
